Baileys Spiced Nog

Just in time for your Christmas and New Year’s celebrations is a holiday classic with an a little twist.  I stumbled upon this adventurous drink recipe from Captain Morgan USA. From our family to yours, have a wonderful and joyful holiday! Bailey is already counting down the days till Santa comes!!

2 oz. Baileys® Original Irish Cream
0.5 oz. Captain Morgan® Original Spiced Rum
1 egg yolk
1 egg white, beaten
1 pinch nutmeg

Directions: Mix Baileys®, Captain Morgan® Original Spiced Rum, and egg yolk. Pour into a snifter. Top with beaten egg white and garnish with a sprinkle of grated nutmeg. Enjoy!

Holiday Coffee with Brown-Sugar Cream

I adore a cup of coffee and it’s one of my favorite beverages to pair Baileys with. During this holiday season, there will be many opportunities to enjoy a warm cup of coffee. Whether your celebrating with friends or curling up for a quiet evening with your furry baby, try this delicious recipe to brighten your holidays.



1 ounce Amarula Cream liqueur
3/4 ounce Baileys Hazelnut Flavor Liqueur
4 to 5 ounces hot coffee
2 tablespoons Brown-Sugar Cream (1/2 cup whipping cream and 2 tablespoons brown sugar)


Directions: In a coffee cup, combine the Amarula, Baileys and coffee. Stir together and add the brown-sugar cream to your taste. Enjoy!

Bailey’s Ice Cream Surprise

Wondering what to do with your holiday leftovers? Or maybe you’re just looking for a pawlicious afternoon snack. Try adding a little Baileys to your ice cream to go with some warm apple pie! I’m calling this Bailey’s Ice Cream Surprise – because Baileys adds a delicious topping to any treat. You can even make this recipe into yummy desert shots. Next time, I’m going to warm the Baileys and top it off with a dash of cinnamon. We hope you’ll try it and enjoy!

Bailey’s Hot Chocolate Bay

Fall is here and there’s nothing better than curling up by the fire with my Bailey! And seeing that we love chocolate, I thought it was appropriate for this week’s pawlicous cocktail to be an adult style hot chocolate. We hope you enjoy!

1 oz. Baileys® Original Irish Cream
1 oz. Captain Morgan® Parrot Bay Coconut Rum
6 oz. hot chocolate

Directions: Prepare your cup of hot chocolate. Add Baileys Original Irish Cream and Captain Morgan Parrot Bay Coconut Rum to hot chocolate. Top off with whipped cream if you’d like and garnish with mint.

Bailey’s Banana Split Martini

Holiday season is here! And, there’s no better way to celebrate than with a little Baileys! Each week, we’ll be posting our favorite pawlicious cocktails with Bailey’s. Let us know if you like them as much as we do!


6 oz Baileys Original Liquor
6 oz Coconut Milk or Crème of Coconut
1 tablespoon Sugar (when using natural ingredients)
2 oz White Rum
1 Banana or 2 oz Banana Liqueur
2 cups of Ice

Instructions: Pour all ingredients into a blender and pulse until all ice is blended. Serve in a martini glass and garnish with banana slices. Makes approximately four Martinis, or you can serve as desert shots.
